Ordering and Payments:

A  £20.00 non-refundable deposit is required when ordering to secure your order.  Payments can be made either by bank transfer or in cash. The final balance should be paid either the week before if bank transfer or on collection if paying by cash.

wedding cakes require a £50 non-refundable deposit and remaining balance a month before your wedding day.

set up fees also apply.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Any last minute changes to design or flavour must be submitted at least two weeks before collection and may incur an extra fee.

your deposit is non-refundable but can be put towards another order.

If however, I have to cancel an order due to an illness or accident to myself then a full refund will be given back to you within 7 days.

Collections and Deliveries:

Once the cake has left my premises, then the customer bears full responsibility for the cake.  cake care and guidance will be provided to you both verbally and by attached information. (see cake care below)

Delivery fees start from £5.00 for local and from £20 for wedding depending on the location and mileage.

Ingredients and allergens:

Ness,s heavenly cakes carries full up to date training in food allergies and intolerance together with a level 2 food hygiene certificate.

It is the customers responsibility to  make me fully aware of any allergies/intolerance before securing their order.

All products may contain, or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts or other allergens.

it is the responsibility of the customer to let guests know of the ingredients and allergy information according to the supplier who then is not liable for the consumption of the product

Design and Decorations:

size, colour, flavours, toppers, flowers etc are all decided on initial ordering , any changes after this must be checked with me 10 days before the due date in case I have to order any extra material or stock. A change in price may occur as a result.

Liability and damages:

Any damages to your cake or product once it has left my premises is your responsibility and I will only be held liable if the damage is due to structural concerns ,not from poor driving or storage or by not following my instructions.

If you are then wanting a refund then I will need to have the cake back before a decision.
